Each is bound by a data processing agreement under GDPR art. 28. Where data leaves the EU or UK, the safeguard is an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses (art. 45–46).

3.Providers you choose
If you add your own AI key, that provider works for you, not for us, under its own terms. They and their countries are listed in the privacy policy. The same goes for services you connect, such as Google Drive.
4.Changes
We update this page before a new subprocessor starts working with your data. For important changes we tell you by e-mail or in the app. Questions: privacy@kinf.app.
