In short

  • Make anything you like, as long as it is lawful and doesn't hurt anyone.
  • No sexual content with minors, no hate or harassment, no fake real people, no stolen work.
  • If you show a real person in AI-made content, say it was made with AI.

1.Not allowed

  • Anything illegal where you live or in Türkiye, or helping someone do something illegal.
  • Any sexual content involving minors. We remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities.
  • Hate, harassment, threats, or content that encourages violence or self-harm.
  • Pretending to be another person, a brand or an organisation, or misleading people about who made something.
  • Pictures or videos of real people without their permission, in particular sexual, humiliating or deceptive ones.
  • Using other people's work, brands or logos in a way that breaks their rights.
  • Spam, scams, fake reviews, or collecting other people's personal data.
  • Attacking Kinf or others: breaking in, overloading the service, getting around limits, or scraping it.
  • Using Kinf to make malware, weapons instructions, or anything the AI providers' rules forbid.

2.Saying it was made with AI

If you make an image, video or sound that shows a real person or looks like a real event, and you share it with others, say clearly that it was made with AI. Satire and art are welcome, but the label stays.

3.How to report

  1. 1Press Report on the message, group, profile or share link. Or write to abuse@kinf.app; you don't need an account.
  2. 2Tell us where it is (a link is best), what is wrong, and, if you think it is illegal, why.
  3. 3Leave your name and e-mail if you'd like to hear back. For a report about your own rights (for example your photo or your work), we may ask you to show they are yours.

4.What happens next

  • We confirm we got your report, look at it as soon as we can, and act faster on anything that puts someone in danger.
  • We may remove the content, limit what it can reach, or suspend the account. Some content we must report to the authorities.
  • The person whose content we remove gets a message that says what we did and why.
  • Either of you can ask us to look again by replying to that message. Someone who wasn't involved in the first decision looks at it.
  • Orders from courts and authorities are carried out as the law requires.
