Terms of service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

In short

  • Kinf is free during the beta. It may change, and it comes as it is.
  • You can use Kinf from age 13; under 18 only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • What you make and upload is yours. We don't train AI models on it.
  • AI can be wrong. Check what Kinf makes before you publish it.
  • Be kind and lawful. The rules of use say what is not allowed.

1.Who we are

Kinf (kinf.app) is provided by [ŞİRKET ADI], [ADRES], registry and tax number [MERSİS/VERGİ NO] ("Kinf", "we"). These terms are the agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using Kinf you accept them.

Questions about these terms: legal@kinf.app. Our full details are on the imprint.

2.Who can use Kinf

  • You must be 13 or older. You confirm this when you sign up; under 13 you can't create an account.
  • If you are 13 to 17, you need the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms with you.
  • Some AI models are offered only to people 18 and over, because their makers require it. Kinf then uses another model for you.
  • One account is for one person. Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Tell us at once at legal@kinf.app if you think someone else is using it.

3.The beta

Kinf is in beta. It is free, and it is offered as it is: features can appear, change or go away, and things will sometimes break. We will say so in the app before we take away something you rely on.

Coins in Kinf are a way to count usage. They have no money value, can't be sold or exchanged, and are not refunded.

4.Rules of use

Use Kinf lawfully and respect other people. In short: nothing illegal, no sexual content involving minors, no hate, harassment or threats, no pretending to be someone else, no pictures of real people without their permission, no copying other people's work, no spam, no attacks on Kinf or others.

The rules of the AI providers Kinf uses apply to you too. If you make or share an image or video that shows a real person or looks real (a "deepfake"), you must say it was made with AI.

The full list, and how to report something, is in the rules of use.

5.Your content

Everything you upload, write or make in Kinf stays yours. You give us only the limited permission we need to run Kinf for you: to store it, show it to you and the people you share it with, and send it to the services that do the work (for example an AI model that writes an answer).

This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people already received from you (such as messages in a group).

We do not train AI models on your content, and we don't use it to make templates for others.

You confirm you have the right to everything you upload, and that using it in Kinf doesn't break anyone's rights.

6.What AI makes

Kinf is an AI. It makes text, posters, pictures and videos from what you ask. As far as the law and our providers allow, what it makes for you is yours to use, including commercially.

  • AI output can be wrong, out of date or similar to what others get. Check it before you rely on it or publish it.
  • We can't promise that output is unique or free of others' rights, for example a brand name or a look that resembles someone's work.
  • Images Kinf generates from scratch carry a hidden, machine-readable marker that says they were made with AI. Don't remove it.

7.The library

Kinf's library has photos, logos, fonts, 3D pieces, icons and emoji. Each piece comes with its own licence, and the editor names its source.

  • Photos from free photo libraries (such as Unsplash) can be used inside the editor only: add them to your project and download the finished poster. The photo itself can't be downloaded on its own.
  • Pieces Kinf made itself and pieces under free licences can be downloaded.
  • Don't sell library pieces as they are, on their own, or print them on products for sale without real changes.
  • Logos belong to their owners. Use them only to refer to that brand, never as your own brand.

8.Connected accounts

You can connect other accounts, such as Google Drive. Kinf then reads or sends only what you ask, within the access you approved. That service's own terms apply to you as well. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Integrations.

9.Your own AI keys

If you add your own key for an AI provider, your messages and files for that model go to that provider under its terms, and any cost is between you and them. Some of these providers are outside the EU and the US; the privacy policy lists them with their countries.

10.Agents, MCP and API

You can connect AI agents to Kinf through MCP. An agent acts in your account, within the access you approve, and you are responsible for what it does. Keep its access to yourself and cut it in Settings → MCP when you no longer need it. We may limit how much an agent can do, and block one that misuses Kinf.

11.Groups and messages

In groups and direct messages you see what other people write and share. They are responsible for their own content, not you and not us. You can leave a group, block a person, and report anything that breaks the rules.

12.Reporting and removal

Anyone, with or without an account, can report content they think is illegal or breaks our rules: with the Report button or at abuse@kinf.app. We look at every report, may remove the content or limit an account, and tell the person affected why. You can ask us to look again. How this works is in the rules of use.

13.Suspending and closing accounts

You can delete your account whenever you like (see data deletion).

We may limit, suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or the law, or puts others at risk. Unless the law or safety stops us, we tell you first, say why, and give you a chance to answer and to take your content with you.

14.Warranty and liability

Kinf is provided as it is and as available. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always work, have no errors, or suit a particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data you didn't keep a copy of. During the free beta, our total liability is limited to USD 50.

Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that the law says can't be given up, or our liability for intent or gross negligence.

16.Changes

When we change these terms, we update the date above. For important changes we tell you by e-mail or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.

17.Law, courts and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes go to the courts of Istanbul (Merkez). If you are a consumer, this choice never takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in: in the EU and the UK you can always bring a claim in the courts where you live, and we can only sue you there. Nothing in these terms limits rights a consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

These terms are written in English and Turkish. For everyone outside Türkiye this English text binds; for people in Türkiye, the Turkish text.

18.Contact

legal@kinf.app for these terms, privacy@kinf.app for your data, abuse@kinf.app to report content. Effective from [EFFECTIVE DATE].
