2.How to ask us
- 1Write to privacy@kinf.app, ideally from the e-mail address of your account.
- 2Say what you'd like (for example: "a copy of my data", "delete my messages in group X").
- 3If you write from another address, we send a code to your account's e-mail to make sure it's you. We never ask for more than we need.
You can also send a letter to [ŞİRKET ADI], [ADRES]. Someone can ask for you, with your written authority.
Asking is free. If requests are clearly unfounded or repeated, the law lets us refuse or charge a fee; we'd explain why first.
3.How fast we answer
- Within one month of your request (GDPR and UK GDPR art. 12(3)).
- For complex or many requests we may extend by two more months, and we'd tell you why within the first month.
- If we don't act on your request, we tell you why within that month, and how to complain.
4.If you're not happy with our answer
- In the EU: the supervisory authority of the country you live or work in, or where you think the problem happened (list).
- In the UK: the Information Commissioner's Office.
- You can also go to court. If you live in Türkiye, see the Turkish page for your rights under KVKK.
